Our style of run coaching builds runners for life – not just for a race. Everything we do is centered on our running community and on empowering you to improve your health, confidence, and sense of achievement through running. When you run with us, you’ll learn to enjoy running! We specialize in supporting and empowering recreational female runners in their 40s and 50s, from complete beginners to lifelong runners.

Coach Heini Tallent is a certified running coach and sports massage therapist. She is passionate about women’s running and giving you the tools to become the runner you’re meant to be – knowledgeable, motivated, and healthy! Heini has been coaching groups and individuals since 2015 and is known as a caring, encouraging coach who’s truly invested in your success. With her help, you’ll discover lasting health, strength, and enjoyment in your running.
